Summer is upon us, and this dish serves as either breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is also healthy, and contains loads of protein and vitamins.
I just love salmon, and it can be used in so many ways. This time I introduce a nice combo of feta and spinach which goes very well with salmon. It’s really something different.
Seafood is brilliant for apetizers. It’s not too heavy, it’s fresh and really starts your apetite. I did an experiment with this one though, I added my favorite ingredient. It’s my dark little secret.
