400g Salmon Fillets
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 ts Butter
White/Black Ground Pepper
Rinse the salmon fillets in cold water and dry, rub them with salt and pepper.
Rinse cucumber, tomato and bell pepper in cold water and cut in cubes.
Prepare couscous according to the instructions on the package.
Roast the salmon fillets on high heat until they are crisp.
Mix vegetables and couscous together, season with salt and fresh lime juice.
Plate up! 🙂
