Even though BBQ-season is over, you can still enjoy a nice burger. This burger is full of clean and juicy flavors with some heat to it. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

200g Minced Beef
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 tbs Chopped Jalapeño
1/2 ts Paprika
1/5 ts Black Pepper
1/5 White Onion
Bun of your choice
Start by adding all the spices together with the minced beef and mix well. Add chopped cheddar og jalapeños. Let the mix rest and infuse flavor while you slice tomato and onion.
Sprinkle salt on the tomatoes, and heat your grill pan/skillet etc. Grill the burger on high heat on both sides until it got crust and color. Then reduce to medium heat to cook it to medium or well done.
Roast the tomatoes on the same pan together with the bun. Add mustard to the bottom bun, and build your burger! Ketchup is not necessary due to the soft, juicy tomato slices, but you CAN add some if you want to.
