I’m finally posting again, and I’m bringing you some healthy comfort food straight from my ice cream machine! Banana Ice Cream! So simple, yet so delicious. Try it out!
Serving Size: 3 pers
Time to prepare: 1 hour
4 bananas (ripe ones pref)
2 dl skimmed milk
Cinnamon to taste
Combine everything but walnuts in a bowl and use a blender to smooth and mix. Taste the ice cream and add cinnamon to your liking. The banana is sweet enough already, so there is no need to add sugar, but if you really have to, you could try to use Stevia, Splenda etc to keep it healthy.
After you have the taste you are looking for, add the mixture into the ice cream machine and let it do it’s magic! If you dont have one, you can freeze the mixture in the freezer while stirring every 30 mins. Takes a lot more time, but result is still good.
