First BBQ-recipe from me, but it won’t be the last one. 🙂 I tried out something new (to me) with Salmon. Hope you find it exciting and will try it yourself.
Serving: 2 pers
Estimated time to prepare: 2 hours
400g fillets of Salmon
1 dl Pineapple Juice
Rinse salmon in cold, fresh water and dry them with a towel.
Mix the pineapple juice with the juice from 1/2 lemon. Put the fish in a plastic bag and pour the juice over. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
Mix 2 tbs brown sugar, 1 tsp chili, a pinch cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cumin and 1 tsp salt.
When the fish is done marinating, throw the juice away and sprinkle with seasoning.
Roast on the grill until it’s starting to break apart. Be sure to roast those asparagus while you are at it. Season them with salt and some Extra Virgin Olive oil.
