Grilled Skewers

I’m gonna keep the grill warm, and make a superfast, supertasty dinner! It’s very versatile, easy to make and everyone loves them. Say hello to…. Skewers!

Ingredients:

200g Beef (use a tender cut)
200g Chicken fillet
150g Sausage
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Onion
10-15 small Champignons
Salt
Pepper
Sunflower Oil

Skewers

Preparations:

Soak the skewers in water for a while (the longer, the better if you have time for that).

Rinse all the vegetables and the meet. I don’t know about you, but I certainly don’t like the slimy stuff the meat is covered in…

Cut all the ingredients in cubes/pieces.

Carefully slide the ingredients on the skewers. Be careful not to pack too much on them, or they might not be cooked evenly.

Ready for the grill!

Season with oil, salt and pepper and/or your favorite seasoning.

Place them on a smoking hot grill and turn them occasionally.
