White fish on the grill! This dish is easy, fast and has lots of taste and juices to satisfy you. You don’t even need a grill to prepare it, your oven is another great way to cook this.

Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
1 Big Carrot
1 Shallot
5-6 Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Lemon
1 Tiny Fennel
400g White fish of your choice
100g Bacon (this can easily be skipped for this dish)
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Tin foil
Preparations:
Wash, rinse, peel the vegetables.
Cut into slices. Cut the bacon into small strips if you are gonna use it.
Rinse the fish and remove any bones/skin.
Cut into 4 pieces, pref. equally sized.
Prepare 4 sheets of tin foil, large enough to be wrapped around the whole thing and make tight seal.
Place everything on the tin foil, season with salt and pepper and but a cube of butter on top.
Wrap it together, with the splice pointing up.
In either your oven or your grill, cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat until everything is tender.
Plate up and enjoy! 🙂
