Grilled Skewers with Beef and Sweet Potato

400g Beef (a tender cut is preferable)
200g Sweet Potato
2,5 dl Orange Juice
Sunflower Oil
Mixed salad


Let the beef get to room temperature. Soak the skewers in water 1 hour before use. Cut the beef into quite chunky cubes.

Rinse, peel and slice the sweet potato into approx 1 cm slices. Boil them in Orange Juice until they are just tender (approx 5-10 minutes). Let them dry on a sheet of paper.

Brush with oil and sesaon with salt and pepper.

Slide the beef onto the soaked skewers and brush with oil, season with salt and pepper.

Grill for 5-10 minutes on high heat.

Serve with a salad, and enjoy! 🙂
